This world class parkland style golf course will play host once again to the Spanish Open in 2009 boasting new additions such as the four-star-rated Meliá Golf Vichy Catalán hotel, a resort as well as numerous new facilities including a convenient golf shop.

Designed by Angel Gallardo and Neil Coles, the PGA de Catalunya has opened a second 18-hole, par 72 course called the PGA Catalunya Tour.  The undulating landscape, trees and water hazards are a great challenge to professionals and amateurs who crave the technical aspect of the game, while the beauty of the landcape with views of the Montseny and Pyrenees Mountains is a treat for visiting golfers and spectators.
